Managing the service and add-ons

Here we've gathered everything about managing your server from the inside: how to pause a bot, switch your Facebook account, order another server, what the operator handles (cancellation, deletion), what happens if you don't pay, and how to order an add-on — your own apartment catalog website.

How do I pause the bot for a few hours or days?
On your server page, click "Stop FB" (or "Stop MP" for Marketplace) — a menu will pop up with options: 1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, 1 week, or "Resume now." Pick the duration you want — the bot won't post during that time and will switch itself back on afterward. The pause sticks even if the server reboots, so the timer won't get reset.
Can I pause it for a whole month? I'm going on vacation.
The "Stop" menu maxes out at 1 week. For a month-long pause, just message support on Telegram (@BuzzPostil) or WhatsApp (+972 58-638-4995) and they'll set a long pause for you. Technically the system supports pauses of up to 30 days, but through the interface you can set a week at most on your own — anything longer is done by support on request.
How do I start the bot again after a pause?
Click "Start FB" or "Start MP" (or "Resume now" right in the pause menu). If the pause is still active, the system will ask you to confirm — that's a safeguard so you don't lift the timer by accident. The first post shows up about 5–15 minutes after you start it (and only if it's currently the bot's working window).
If I hit "Stop," will the server shut down and stop charging me?
No. The "Stop" button only pauses posting — the server itself keeps running, and your payment/rental doesn't change because of it. Pausing and billing are two separate things. If what you actually want is to stop paying or shut the server down, that's a separate request you need to send to support.
How do I switch the Facebook account on my server (log into a different one)?
Open the server page and click "Log in to Facebook." A window opens with your server's personal desktop (it's like TeamViewer) — Chrome will already be open there on facebook.com. Log out of the old account and log into the new one right in that window, just like in a regular browser. After that the bot remembers the new account and posts from it.
I don't see a separate "switch account" button. Where is it?
There's no separate button — switching accounts goes through the same "Log in to Facebook" button. You just open that window, log out of the current account in the browser, and log in with the new one. The same path is also used to restore your login if the Facebook session drops.
How do I order another server (a second account)?
On the main page of your dashboard, click "+ Order" — a form opens: name, phone (+972), bot language (Russian or Hebrew), Telegram link, number of accounts (1 to 20), and notes. Once you submit, a request is created for a new server with bots for groups and Marketplace. If you order several at once, each one gets its own request with its own progress.
I just ordered a server but changed my mind — can I cancel while it's being created?
Yes, as long as the server hasn't been deployed yet. While the request is in "pending," "error," or "rejected" status, you can cancel it with the button right in the request banner — you'll see a message saying "Request canceled, you can order again." A server that's already up and running, though, can't be canceled this way — for that you'll need to message support.
How do I delete or fully shut down a server that's already running?
You can't delete a running server from the dashboard yourself — support does that. Message support (Telegram @BuzzPostil or WhatsApp +972 58-638-4995) and they'll shut the server down or delete it. This is intentional, so an accidental click can't wipe out a running server along with all its data.
What's the add-on "apartment catalog website" service for 750 ₪?
It's a separate, optional service — we build you a website of your own with a catalog of your apartments for a one-time fee of about 750 ₪. The price includes a personal domain, a year of hosting, and full setup, with no monthly charge. A live example of such a site is nadlan.ink (apartment rentals with filters by city, rooms, and price). It's not part of the auto-posting bot and isn't included in the 249/200 ₪ subscription — you order it separately.
Is the apartment catalog website included in my monthly payment?
No. The subscription of 249 ₪/month (first server) and 200 ₪ for each additional one covers only auto-posting on Facebook (groups and Marketplace). The apartment catalog website is a separate one-time service for about 750 ₪ (domain + a year of hosting + setup). You don't have to order it — it's an add-on for anyone who wants their own apartment storefront under their own brand.
How do I order this catalog website, and can I see an example first?
Yes, you can see an example: on the "Apartment website example" page there's a "View website" button that takes you to a real, live site — nadlan.ink. To order a site like this for yourself, message support on Telegram (@BuzzPostil) or WhatsApp (+972 58-638-4995) — that same page also has buttons for jumping straight into the messenger.
Where should I reach out about payment, pausing, or canceling?
For all of these — support: Telegram @BuzzPostil or WhatsApp +972 58-638-4995. The same buttons are right in your dashboard under "Payment" and "Account" (the "Support" block). Support will mark your payment, set a long pause, cancel the subscription, or delete the server at your request.
After I hit "Stop" and then "Start" again, the bot still stays quiet for hours. Is it broken?
Probably not. Even when the bot is "running," it sleeps outside its posting window: for Facebook groups that's roughly 07:00–00:00, and for Marketplace it's at night, from 00:00 to 07:00. During off-hours the server page shows the status "Sleeping until …" — that's the normal schedule, not a malfunction and not a pause.
