A listing waits to be seen. A "looking for an apartment" post is a person who needs a home now, with a budget, an area and a number of rooms. Posts like that appear in neighbourhood groups every day and sink within hours. Whoever answers first with a matching apartment and photos gets the call.
Rent and sale
Radar tells whether the person wants to rent or to buy and matches only your listings of the same type: someone looking for a rental will not be offered an apartment for sale. It compares rooms, budget and area, so the alert shows straight away which apartment is closest to the request.
