What is the free website for agents in BuzzPost?

It is a catalog website created for every BuzzPost client automatically when their server is activated, at buzzpost.co.il/s/name (the name can be changed). The site shows all your active listings, each one once, with photos, video, price, rooms and city, and filters them by city, deal type and number of rooms. Add or remove a listing in the bot and the site changes within a minute. On the My Site page in the panel you set the name, logo, colors, contacts and language. The site is part of the subscription, with no extra charge.

What the site has on day one

The site is born together with the server, before you touch a single setting. At the top the agency name, slogan and a contact line. Below it a grid of apartment cards: main photo, title, price, number of rooms, city and a rent or sale tag. Clicking a card opens a window with all the apartment's photos and video plus the contact buttons. Above the grid sit three filters: city, deal type, rooms. A listing the bot already posts to Facebook appears here once, even if it went out to twenty groups. The footer says the site is built on BuzzPost.

What you decide yourself

In the panel, on the My Site page, there is a live preview of the site with the fields next to it. Name, slogan and an About paragraph. A logo as PNG, JPEG or WebP. Two colors or one of the ready palettes, light or dark theme. Contacts: phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Instagram, Facebook, website. Site language Hebrew or Russian with a switch for the visitor. Sorting: newest first or by price. Do not want prices shown? Turn them off. Every field saves itself, and the name in buzzpost.co.il/s/name can be replaced. There is also a switch that turns the whole site off if you ever need to.

How much does the website cost?
Nothing beyond the subscription. The site is part of the bot: 249 ILS a month for the first bot covers posting to Facebook groups, Marketplace, Instagram and the website itself. The first week is free, and if you cancel, the site simply switches off together with the server. There is no separate plan and no website surcharge.
How do I switch the website on?
You do not have to. As soon as your server is active the site exists at buzzpost.co.il/s/name. The My Site page in the panel has an on/off switch, and that is also where you change the name in the address, upload a logo and type in a phone number. Settings save themselves and the preview in the panel shows the result at once.
Can I connect my own domain?
Not at the moment. The site lives at buzzpost.co.il/s/name and you choose the last part. It is a short address that fits an Instagram bio and a WhatsApp message. What is fully yours: the name, logo, colors and contacts. Connecting a private domain is not available and we do not promise a date.
Does the site suit someone who is not an agent?
Yes. Everyone who posts through BuzzPost gets one: an agency with 40 apartments, an independent agent with six, an owner who lets out on their own. The city, deal and rooms filters are built for apartments, but the catalog itself shows any listing the bot publishes, with its photos and price.

Why an agent needs one address for every apartment

On a normal day an agent sends apartments out in hundreds of messages. A client asks for something similar with 3 rooms, and the hunt through the phone gallery begins: which screenshot was the flat on Herzl, what is the price now, is it even still available. With a website that ends. There is one link: buzzpost.co.il/s/name. The client opens it, filters Haifa, rent, 3 rooms, sees photos, price and video and taps your WhatsApp. And if a flat closed yesterday it is no longer there, because the bot removed the listing and the site updated within a minute. The difference between I will send it to you and go to the site is also a difference in standing: an agency with a catalog looks like an agency. The same link goes into your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp signature and your business card.

What the site does not do, so nobody is disappointed

This site is a catalog, not a CRM. There is no map, no complex forms, and you cannot yet connect your own domain: the address always starts with buzzpost.co.il/s/. We do not promise a Google ranking either: the site exists so you have somewhere to send people and somewhere to point from Instagram and WhatsApp, not to replace advertising. The design is your logo, two colors and a light or dark theme, with no free-form editor. What it does do: it is ready on day one, updates itself from the bot, loads fast because photos are cached, and every apartment has its own link with a WhatsApp preview. Send the bot your listings in Telegram: text, photos, video. Every listing the bot posts to Facebook groups also appears on the site.
