Privacy Policy
Data Collection
BuzzPost collects only the minimum needed to operate the service: name, contact info (Telegram/WhatsApp), listing/product data you provide, and the session (login cookies) of the Facebook account your program uses. You type your Facebook password yourself in the login window — we don't store it.
Data Use
Data is used to auto-post on your behalf to Facebook Groups and Marketplace and to run the service. We don't sell your data. To make the service work, some data is processed by our providers: the HYP payment system (card payments), OpenAI (formatting and translating listing text), Telegram (notifications and the listings chat), OpenStreetMap/Nominatim (addresses on your website), and Google, Meta and Microsoft Clarity (website visit statistics).
Security
All data is stored on secured servers in Israel. Access is limited to support staff only. TLS encryption for all communication.
Deletion
You can request full data deletion at any time - message "delete my data" via Telegram, and within 24 hours everything will be wiped.
