Terms of Service

1. The service

BuzzPost is an auto-posting service for Facebook Groups and Marketplace, with a control panel. Each system is tied to one Facebook account. Monthly billing.

2. Pricing

₪249/month for the first system, ₪200 for each additional system. Prepaid monthly. Cancel anytime: the service stays active until the end of the paid month, with no refund for unused days.

3. Price change notice

We notify you at least 30 days in advance about any price increase, via email and Telegram. The old price remains in effect during those 30 days. If the new price doesn't work for you, cancel your subscription before the change date.

4. Service changes

Features, plans, and terms may change. We give 30 days' notice for any significant change, via email and Telegram.

5. Responsibility for your Facebook account

Your Facebook account is fully your responsibility. This includes:

• temporary blocks (rate-limit, posting restrictions for 1–24 hours)
• bans by group moderators or post removals
• full account suspension or deletion

We reduce risk where we can: the system posts at a human pace, watches for Facebook warnings, and pauses itself at the first signs of a limit. But Facebook changes its rules regularly, and we can't guarantee your account won't get restricted. We don't refund for Facebook account blocks.

6. Quality guarantee

We guarantee our infrastructure works: the panel and systems run 24/7, we monitor health daily and respond to issues quickly. The posting logic gets updated whenever Facebook introduces new restrictions, at no extra charge.

7. Acceptable use

Through BuzzPost you can post:

• your own listings (real estate, goods, services)
• content that follows the rules of specific Facebook groups
• any content within the law of the State of Israel

What's not allowed:

• spam, fraud, phishing
• content with discrimination, incitement to violence, illegal goods or services
• posting in groups whose rules explicitly prohibit your content type

If we see repeated violations, we have the right to terminate service with no refund.

8. No reverse-engineering or resale

You may not:

• give panel access to third parties
• sell or resell the service under your own brand
• decompile the system's code, build clones or derivative products

9. Age restriction

The service is for users 18 and older. This is a requirement from both Facebook and Israeli law for commercial activity.

10. Refunds

Monthly payments are non-refundable, including cases of:

• Facebook account block or deletion
• canceling your subscription mid-month
• temporary service unavailability due to force majeure (see section 12)

The service remains active until the end of the paid period regardless of the reason for cancellation.

11. Right to terminate

We may terminate the agreement with no refund when:

• you violate the acceptable use rules
• you don't pay your bill
• you attempt reverse-engineering or resale
• you use the service for activity that violates Israeli law

12. Force majeure

The service may become temporarily unavailable for reasons beyond our control:

• major changes in Facebook API or policy
• VDS provider or data-center failure
• Israeli legislative changes making the service impossible

No refunds in these cases.

13. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the law of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in Israeli courts at the place of BuzzPost's registration.

14. Communication

All important notices (price changes, technical changes, claims) go to your email and Telegram. Keep your email and Telegram up to date, otherwise you may miss important changes.
