What is Instagram auto-posting in BuzzPost?

It is a BuzzPost feature that publishes your apartment listings to your own Instagram account with no manual work. A listing is entered once through Telegram or the panel; the bot then builds the post: the video first, up to 9 photos after it, the listing text as the caption, no hashtags. The format (9:16, 4:5, 1:1 or 16:9) is chosen from the video size so captions inside the clip are never cropped. Every listing is posted once, no more than 4 posts a day per account, and a screenshot of every post arrives in Telegram.

Before and after

Before

  • You upload every apartment to Instagram by hand - 10 minutes per listing
  • The video gets cropped in Reels and its captions disappear
  • You forget which apartments were already posted
  • Your Instagram account sits empty for weeks

After

  • Click Add to Instagram - the bot posts it for you
  • Format chosen from the video size, captions stay in frame
  • Every listing shows Published, date and link
  • Up to 4 posts a day, the account stays alive all week

One carousel: video first, photos after

Instagram allows up to 10 files per post. The bot puts the apartment video first, then up to 9 photos, and measures the video before choosing a format: a landscape 1280x720 clip goes out as 16:9, a vertical phone clip as 9:16 or 4:5, a square as 1:1. Captions burned into the video stay in frame instead of being cut by Instagram's automatic zoom. No video? The format follows your setting: original, square or 4:5.

The caption is your listing text, no hashtags

The bot takes the listing text exactly as you wrote it in Hebrew or Russian, adds the fixed lines you set in the panel before and after it (a phone number or agency name, for example) and types it all into the caption. No hashtags are added - on purpose: apartment buyers come from the account and the comments, not from hashtags, and a clean post reads like a person wrote it.

How it works - 3 steps

1

Sign in to Instagram from the panel

Click Instagram login in the control panel and sign in inside the window that opens. Your password stays with you - nobody receives it.

2

Mark your listings

Every listing has an Add to Instagram button. Turn on New listings automatically and everything you add later joins the queue by itself.

3

The bot publishes

Video and photos go out as one carousel with the listing text, up to 4 posts a day. A screenshot of every post lands in Telegram and in the panel.

FAQ

How many Instagram posts a day does the bot publish?
Up to 4 listings a day per account. The rest stay in the queue and go out on the following days in order. The limit is deliberate: 4 posts a day is a human pace, not a script's, so Instagram does not restrict the account.
What if the apartment was already posted to Instagram?
Every listing is posted once. In the panel each listing shows Published with the date and a link to the post, plus a Publish again button if you really want a repeat.
Do I have to hand over my Instagram password?
No. You click Instagram login in the panel, a window with Instagram on your own server opens, and you sign in yourself. After login the bot scrolls the feed a little, checks the account is active and sends a confirmation to Telegram.
What happens if Instagram shows an error while posting?
The bot closes pop-ups by itself (OK, Not now, X) in Hebrew, Russian and English. If Instagram temporarily holds back publishing, the bot stops the session, shows Instagram is limiting posts in the panel and retries an hour later - the listing's attempt is not lost.

Why listings need Instagram on top of Facebook

Facebook groups and Marketplace bring enquiries from people looking for an apartment right now. Instagram works differently: there your account is a shop window. An owner choosing an agent, a tenant deciding whom to message, a colleague referring a client. An account with fresh listings looks like a working agency; an account with three posts from six months ago looks like the opposite. The problem is time: every manual upload of an apartment with a video and six photos takes 10 minutes, and by the end of the day it simply does not happen. BuzzPost solves exactly that - a listing that is already in the system for Facebook goes to Instagram with no extra step.

What you see in the panel

The Instagram page in the panel lists every listing with its state: not added, waiting, published (with date and link), failed. Search, sorting and bulk actions: select all, clear all, retry failed. A listing card shows how many photos and videos it has, the caption exactly as it will go to Instagram, and the photos in a large viewer. Below are the screenshots of successful posts. Server settings: posting hours, pause between posts, fixed caption lines, new listings automatically.

What about account safety

The bot behaves like a person: it opens the feed, scrolls, opens the create dialog, picks files, waits, types the caption and clicks Share. There is a pause between posts, no more than 4 posts a day, every listing once. No third-party libraries talking to the Instagram API - it is the same browser on the same server where your Facebook account already works. If Instagram still limits temporarily, the bot stops, reports and waits instead of hammering.
