Return & Refund Policy
BuzzPost is a monthly, prepaid service. The cases in which a refund is possible are described below.
When a refund is available
A refund is issued only within the first 5 days of payment and only in case of a genuine defect - that is, when the service does not work due to our fault (the panel and systems are not functioning and the problem could not be resolved).
When no refund is provided
- After 5 days from the date of payment.
- If the service is working correctly (no genuine defect).
- If your Facebook account is blocked or restricted - you are responsible for your account (see the Terms of Service).
- On cancellation: the service runs until the end of the paid period; the remaining balance is not refunded.
- Domain payments once the domain is registered (if the name could not be registered, the payment is refunded in full).
How to request a refund
Contact us within the first 5 days via Telegram (@BuzzPostil) or WhatsApp (+972 58-638-4995) describing the issue. We will check the service and, if a genuine defect is confirmed, issue a refund.
