Modiin-Maccabim-Reut has the highest share of new residents in Israel. Roughly 30 percent of residents have lived in the city under five years. This creates strong demand for local services, not just apartments. Facebook groups here are very active - members ask questions daily and every post gets responses.
Groups by neighborhood
Tziporim, Prachim, Kramim, Nechalim, Avnei Chen, Reut and Maccabim-Kdumim neighborhoods - each has its own group. Plus two large citywide groups accepting all post types and two smaller but very active ones.
Professional and community groups
Education
Three parent groups split by age band. Not only education - apartments and services are posted there with permission.
Communities
Two for the religious-Zionist community, one traditionalist, one for Anglo immigrants, one for French.
Transport and work
Two dedicated groups for cars and jobs. Apartments are posted there too, especially those near the train station.
Posting mix
Posting to 20 Modiin groups requires spreading over 40-45 hours. The software schedules at 120-minute intervals, especially important in Modiin where group overlap is high - the same person is often in eight groups.
Marketplace
In Modiin, Marketplace is less active than groups, but worth including - it brings outside audience from Jerusalem and Petah Tikva.
