Why Beer Sheva
Beer Sheva is the Negev capital and a major student hub thanks to Ben-Gurion University. The rental market peaks in August-September, but demand remains steady year-round from hi-tech park employees and Soroka hospital staff. Gimmel, Dalet, Yud-Aleph and the Northern Quarter lead in deal volume.
Key groups
Each neighborhood has at least two or three active groups. The largest cross multiple districts and have tens of thousands of members. Dedicated groups exist for students, career military personnel, and religious families in Quarter Zayin.
Effective posting method
Manual posting to twenty groups takes about two hours. Instead, you can configure the list once and post automatically on schedule. The system schedules publications and maintains a 120-minute interval between posts to avoid Facebook rate-limits.
Common mistakes
First mistake is pasting identical text to all groups - moderators notice. Second is sending 20 posts in a row, which blocks the account. The system handles both via time spacing and adapted images.
Marketplace synergy
Beyond groups, Facebook Marketplace brings quality inquiries. Inquiry screenshots arrive directly in Telegram, enabling fast response. Launch fee is 249 NIS for the first licence, 200 NIS per additional licence.
