Rehovot is a city with a special profile: about 15 percent of the population are researchers, MA and PhD students, and their families. The Weizmann Institute and the Hebrew University's agriculture faculty attract people from around the world, and the rental market reflects this.
Two must-have groups
Two large groups lead in the city. The first, "Rehovot - bulletin board", with 60K members. The second, "Apartments for rent in Rehovot", with 35K. Both receive daily listings.
Groups around the Institute
Several English-language groups serve foreign researchers around the Institute. Three groups, one from the Institute's student housing. Real estate near the Institute is in particularly high demand.
Active neighborhoods
Kiryat Moshe, Oshiyot, Young Rehovot (new projects), Shaarayim. Each neighborhood has its own group, four total. Plus three groups for the religious community in Shaarayim and Kiryat Moshe, and one Russian-language.
How the software helps
Posting to 15 groups five times a week long-term is 75 operations weekly. The software handles this automatically with 120-minute intervals. If Facebook temporarily blocks, a Telegram alert arrives instantly.
Value for agents
For agents working with the Institute's international audience, the solution provides broad reach. 249 NIS/month, one agent equals one of their own accounts - not corporate.
