Nahariya is a unique blend of resort town and permanent-resident city. In summer the population doubles, and short-term rental market is very active. In winter, focus shifts to long-term rentals for Maritime School residents, the Western Galilee Medical Center, and workers from Kiryat Shmona and Maalot.
How groups are structured
Nahariya's fifteen main groups: three large citywide (50K+ members each), four neighborhood (Ein Sara, Rasco, Ganim, North), three community (Russian, French, Argentinian olim), two seasonal-tourist, and one for soldiers at the Maritime School branch.
Summer-winter difference
In summer months - June, July, August - vacation groups receive dozens of posts daily and engagement drops. The software schedules to active hours, not peak day load. In winter, long-term rental groups receive fewer posts, and each post gets more attention.
Pace matters
Nahariya is a small-to-medium city. 15 groups with partially overlapping members means: posting to 3 groups within 10 minutes looks like spam. The system keeps a 120-minute interval between posts from the same account. When Facebook applies a temporary cooldown, an alert goes to the user's Telegram immediately.
Marketplace in summer
On Marketplace, summer short-term rentals are in high demand. The software handles this channel too, inquiry screenshots go to the user's Telegram. Setup process: payment 249 NIS, WhatsApp open 7:00-24:00.
