Holon is branded as Israel's children's city. The Children's Museum, Peres Park and good schools attract young families. The rental market features 4-room and larger apartments, with families as the core audience. Facebook groups reflect this — many parent groups that accept real estate posts too.

In-demand neighborhoods are Kiryat Rabin (light rail route), Neot Yehudit, Kiryat Pinhas Eilon and Agrobank. Each has its own group.

Holon's fifteen main groups are structured as follows: four large citywide groups accepting all post types, five neighborhood groups, three parent groups allowing real estate posts on Sundays and Wednesdays, two for Russian speakers, one for the Anglo community.

Posting to parent groups requires special care: moderators forbid commercial posts Friday-Saturday. The bot accounts for this schedule and automatically defers posts to permitted days. A meaningful difference from manual posting.

Simultaneously, Facebook imposes a 120-minute rate-limit between posts from the same account. The system respects cooldown and sends a Telegram alert if a temporary block occurs. The account belongs to the user — we do not provide it.

Additionally, Facebook Marketplace is very active in Holon due to the family-market character. Inquiry screenshots go directly to the user's Telegram. Pricing: 249 NIS for the first bot, 200 NIS per additional bot.
