Herzliya is one of Israel's most unusual markets: on one side Herzliya Pituach with premium real estate and a large expat community, on the other established neighborhoods with veteran local families. Each audience lives in different groups.
Expat and high-tech groups
This audience pays most but is most demanding. Three leading groups: "Herzliya Expats Housing" (~12,000), "Tel Aviv & Herzliya Apartments - English" (~25,000), "Herzliya Pituach Rentals" (~8,000). Language: English or bilingual EN-HE. Photos must be high quality.
Local Hebrew groups
"Herzliya Apartments for Rent" (~30,000), "Herzliya & Neighborhoods" (~20,000), "Herzliya Real Estate" (~10,000). Suit Herzliya Bet, Neve Israel, Galil Yam.
Neighborhood-specific
Pituach, Marina, Neve Amal, Neve Israel, Galil Yam, Sokolov - every area has a group (1,500-4,000). Response rate is highest here.
By language
French and Russian communities: "Herzliya Communauté Française" and "Аренда Герцлия" - worth adding both.
Herzliya vs Tel Aviv
In Tel Aviv posts vanish in 15 minutes. In Herzliya a post lives two-three hours. BuzzPost can schedule two posts per day in an 18:00-22:00 window.
Rate-limit
Ten rapid posts - red flag. The software enters a 120-minute cooldown automatically.
Expats prefer WhatsApp to calls. Our support is on WhatsApp 07:00-24:00.
