When you switch on a program in BuzzPost you get one more thing without asking for it: a website. Not a brand site with a Mission page, but a catalog of your apartments, at its own address, with your logo and phone number. This guide walks through what is in it, how to enable and configure it, what it does not do, who it suits and what it costs.
What the site is and where the listings come from
The site is a catalog page that shows all the active listings in your software. A listing you sent to the assistant in Telegram or added in the panel so the software would post it to Facebook groups, Marketplace or Instagram also appears on the site. The software is the only source, and the site shows what is in it.
Every listing is shown once, even if the software sent it to thirty groups. The card shows the title, price, number of rooms, rent or sale, city and main photo. A tap opens a window with all the apartment's photos and video and the contact buttons. Above the grid sit three filters: city, deal type, rooms. A client who needs Haifa, rent, 3 rooms sees only what fits.
Updating is automatic. Add a listing to the software and it is on the site within a minute. Remove it because the flat was let, and it is gone. Correct a price and the card shows the new one. Photos are cached on our side, so the site opens fast on a phone too, even with forty apartments and eight photos in each.
The address and how to enable it
The address is buzzpost.co.il/s/ followed by a name you choose, for example buzzpost.co.il/s/carmel. There is a starting name, and you can replace it on the My Site page in the panel with something short, in Latin letters.
There is no enabling procedure. As soon as your server is active the site exists, with the listings you have already sent to the software. The My Site page has an on/off switch: if you want to hide the site for a week, during a holiday for example, you turn it off and the settings are kept until you turn it back on. The site is part of the subscription; there is no separate plan for it, and no ordering or waiting stage.
Settings: logo, colors, contacts, language
Everything is on one page in the panel, with a preview of the site next to it that changes while you type. There is no Save button: every field saves itself the moment you touch it. You can stop halfway and come back tomorrow.
Name, slogan and About
The agency name sits in the site header, the slogan under it, and the About paragraph says in a few sentences who you are and which cities you work in. An independent agent writes their own name and area there; an agency writes its name, founding year and specialty.
Logo and colors
The logo is uploaded as a PNG, JPEG or WebP file. You pick two colors freely, or click one of the ready palettes. Separately there is a light or dark theme. The simple route: take the two colors from your logo so the site and your business card speak the same language. No logo yet? Pick a ready palette and upload a logo when you have one.
Contacts
Seven fields: phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Instagram, Facebook and a website address. Every field you fill in becomes a button in the apartment card. Someone who works only from WhatsApp fills in two fields and gets two buttons.
Language, sorting and prices
The site language is Hebrew or Russian, and the visitor has a switch. The interface and filters are translated; the listing text is shown as you wrote it. Sorting: newest first or by price. And you can decide whether to show prices at all, if you prefer to discuss price on the phone.
The apartment link for WhatsApp
Every listing has its own address: buzzpost.co.il/s/name/a/id. Open the apartment on the site, copy the address and send it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp shows a preview with the apartment's title and photo; the client taps and lands on the card with all the photos, the video, the price and your buttons. No account or app is needed, it is an ordinary page in the browser.
This changes the chat. Instead of six photos and a long text per apartment, one line. The client forwards the line to a spouse, who sees the same card with the price and your phone number, not a lone photo. And the link to the whole catalog, buzzpost.co.il/s/name, goes in your Instagram bio, your signature and your business card. It is also how you answer what else have you got.
What the site does not have
- A map: none. Apartments are filtered by city, without a map.
- Your own domain: cannot be connected yet. The address always starts with buzzpost.co.il/s/, and we do not promise a date.
- A free-form design editor: none. There is a logo, two colors, a light or dark theme and ready palettes. The page structure is fixed.
- CRM and forms: none. There are direct contact buttons.
- Google promotion: not promised. The site is a place to send people to, not a source of traffic.
The footer of the site says it is built on BuzzPost. The listings themselves are not edited on the site; they come from the software and are shown as they are.
Who it is for
An independent agent who answers on WhatsApp and wants to send a link instead of a pile of photos. A small agency that needs its apartments in one place with its logo and colors. An owner of a few rental flats who posts through the software. Someone whose software already posts apartments to Instagram with nowhere to point from the bio. And someone who already has a brand site: the catalog can become the All apartments page it links to.
Who it is not for: someone who needs a full brand website with their own domain, a map, a blog and custom forms. That is still built by a studio, and the catalog can live alongside it.
Price
The site is part of the software subscription: 249 ILS a month for the first licence, 200 ILS for each additional one, and every software gets its own site. The first week is free, with no long contract, and the site already exists in that week. No hosting fee, no yearly renewal, no website surcharge. If you stop the subscription the site switches off with the server, with no penalty. Do I have to do anything for a listing to reach the site?
No. Every active listing in the software is shown on the site within a minute.
What happens to the site if I stop the subscription?
It switches off together with the server. If you come back, the server is switched on again and the site returns with its settings.
Can the site be in Russian?
Yes. You choose Hebrew or Russian as the default, and the visitor has a switch.
Does the client need an app to open the link?
No. It is an ordinary page that opens in the phone's browser straight from WhatsApp, with no registration.
Can I hide the prices?
Yes. The My Site page has a price display setting, and it applies to every apartment on the site.
