Her account was 4 years old, with 178 active listings on Marketplace and membership in 23 groups she had carefully built. Within three hours, everything was wiped beyond recovery. The reason: she crossed Facebook's rate-limit threshold without knowing it.
In this article we're opening the books: how much a permanent Facebook account ban actually costs an Israeli real estate agent (מתווך נדל"ן). We'll calculate the direct loss, the indirect loss, and the cost of recovery. If you manage more than 3 active apartments — read until the end.
What is a "permanent ban" exactly?
Facebook doesn't explain its tiers — but from the experience of 1,800 realtors we've worked with, there are 4 levels:

A new account = empty profile = no social proof. Comments like "Who is this?" "Suspicious profile" "Spam" will appear on every post.
