What we see in practice
Based on data from dozens of accounts we operate in 2026, here are pacing numbers that work stably:
Pacing table
| Action | Safe frequency |
|---|---|
| Post in the same group | once per 120 minutes |
| Simultaneous posts in different groups | up to 3 in 5 minutes |
| Friend requests per day | up to 20 |
| Likes per hour | up to 30 |
What happens if exceeded
Temporary ban of 3-24 hours the first time. Next times - longer. Eventually - permanent block.
BuzzPost
Our software is set to 120 minutes between posts in the same group. If the system detects rate-limit, it stops automatically and alerts Telegram. No AI rewriting. ₪249 FB+TG, ₪200 TG only.
