Two agents working the same stock of apartments usually post separately, and the same apartment lands twice in the same group. In BuzzPost both accounts are connected to one licence: it splits the hours of the day between them, and every listing goes to a group once, from whichever account has the turn. Leads in comments and in private messages reach the agent who posted.
There is one pool of listings in the software - whichever of the two adds an apartment in Telegram, it joins the shared queue. One list of groups. The software splits the hours of the day between the two accounts and posts from one of them each hour. Each agent sees in the panel what went out from their account, and replies to comments under a post go out in the name of the agent who published it.
Both of you add listings through the same Telegram assistant or the panel, and they join the shared pool. A lead goes to whoever posted: a comment under the post or a private message reaches the Facebook account the post came from. The Activity page in the panel shows responses to posts from both accounts in one place.
The software spreads the hours of the day between the accounts at random, and if one account has a higher daily target it gets more hours. An account can be switched off entirely (an agent left, for example) or paused for a period (holiday, vacation): all hours move to the other account with no change in the settings.
Two accounts on one server is the limit for one licence. An office with three or more agents adds another system at 200 ILS a month: another server, up to two more accounts, the same panel and the same Telegram for all systems.
On the server page, in the Facebook accounts block. A card for the second account appears.
Click Sign in to Facebook on the card and sign in yourself in the window that opens. The password stays with you.
From the next hour both accounts are in the daily plan. Telegram shows the account name on every post.

Instagram: one account per server, and it works from the first account. If both agents have their own Instagram accounts, the second will need a system of their own. The personal website is one per system, with the shared listings.
