Instagram bot for real estate

An agency has 40 listings and each one has to reach Instagram with video, photos and text. The BuzzPost bot takes the listing you already sent to Telegram and publishes it in your account by itself: no editing, no copying text, no phone in hand. You get a screenshot and a link to the post.

What does an Instagram bot for real estate do?

The BuzzPost Instagram bot runs on the client's own dedicated server, in the same browser where their Facebook account already works. It takes a listing from the queue, opens Instagram, uploads the video and up to 9 photos as one carousel, types the listing text into the caption and clicks Share. The post format follows the video size, pop-ups are closed automatically, and after publishing a screenshot goes to Telegram and to the panel. No more than 4 posts go out a day and every listing is posted once. No third-party apps and no Instagram API: you sign in to the account yourself through a window in the panel.

Before and after

Before

  • 40 listings a month, and five of them reach Instagram
  • A scheduler asks for files and text again for every post
  • An intern uploads, and you check what went out where
  • Your account password floats around in third-party tools

After

  • All 40 listings queued, going out 4 a day
  • Files and text come from the listing you already have
  • Screenshot of every post in Telegram, link by the listing
  • The password stays with you: login via a panel window

Step by step: what the bot does with one listing

A listing for a 3-room flat in Rishon LeZion is already in the system: you sent it to Telegram. You click Add to Instagram or switch on New listings automatically. From there the bot on your server opens Instagram, scrolls the feed, opens the create dialog and uploads the files: the video first, then the photos. It measures the video and picks a format. It types the caption: your text plus the fixed lines from settings, such as the office phone number. It clicks Share, closes any pop-ups and takes a screenshot. The screenshot goes to Telegram and to the Post screenshots section, and a link to the post appears by the listing. The next listing waits for the pause between posts.

How the bot differs from post scheduling apps

A scheduler is a calendar: you still prepare every post yourself, upload the files, write the text and pick a time. With 40 listings that is the same 40 manual jobs, only postponed. The BuzzPost bot needs nothing prepared: the post is built from a listing that already exists, and the queue and pace follow the service rules. A scheduler needs access to your account through a third-party service; here you sign in yourself in a panel window and the password goes nowhere. A scheduler stays silent when a post fails; the bot sends a screenshot of success and of a repeated failure. And the same listing also goes to Facebook groups and Marketplace, with Instagram as a third channel and no extra work.

How it works - 3 steps

1

Sign in to Instagram from the panel

Click Instagram login in the control panel and sign in inside the window that opens. Your password stays with you.

2

Mark your listings

Every listing has an Add to Instagram button, or turn on New listings automatically and everything you add later joins the queue by itself.

3

The bot publishes

Video and photos go out as one carousel with the listing text, up to 4 posts a day. A screenshot of every post lands in Telegram and in the panel.

FAQ

How many listings can the queue hold?
There is no limit on the queue: add all 40 listings at once if you like. The bot releases no more than 4 a day in order, and the rest wait their turn and go out on the following days. The order and state of every listing is visible on the Instagram page in the panel, where you can also remove a listing from the queue if the flat is already sold.
Do I need a separate server for Instagram?
No. The bot works from the same browser on the same server where your Facebook account already runs. Instagram is included in the subscription: 249 ILS a month for the first bot, 200 ILS for each next one, first week free. One Instagram account per server; a second account needs a second bot.
Can the bot answer in Direct or add hashtags?
No. The bot publishes posts and nothing else: no hashtags, no Stories, no Direct replies, no comments. Hashtags are left out on purpose and the caption stays the listing text with your fixed lines. Messages from clients you read and answer yourself, the same as before.
How do I switch the bot on for the agency?
In the panel, on the Instagram page, turn on the Post to Instagram toggle by the server, click Instagram login and sign in to the account in the window that opens. After login the bot scrolls the feed a little, checks the account and sends a confirmation to Telegram. Then mark listings with the Add to Instagram button.

An agency with 40 listings: a week with the bot

Monday: the office manager sends 12 new listings to Telegram, each with a video and 5 to 7 photos. All 12 join the Instagram queue because New listings automatically is on. Four posts go out a day in the 8:00 to 23:00 window with a pause between them; by Thursday all 12 are published and the screenshots sit in Telegram and in the Post screenshots section. Wednesday: two flats are withdrawn from sale and removed from the queue in the panel. Friday: an owner asks to show the flat once more, so Publish again is clicked by the listing. Nobody in the agency opened Instagram by hand, yet the account grows every day. In parallel the bot posts the same listings to Facebook groups and Marketplace.

What you set up for the agency

On the Instagram page, next to the server, there are settings you define once. The posting hours window: 8 to 23 by default, so posts never go out at night. The pause between posts. Fixed lines at the start and end of the caption: office phone, agency name, opening hours; they are added to every listing, so the text needs no editing. A switch that strips links from the caption if your listings contain links to a website. The format for posts without video: original, square or 4:5. And New listings automatically, so managers do not click a button on every flat. One Instagram account per server: if the agency runs two accounts, it needs a second bot at 200 ILS a month. Prices and terms are on the pricing page.
