One post to Facebook groups, Marketplace and Instagram

A realtor who copies one listing into groups, Marketplace and Instagram does the same job three times. In BuzzPost the listing is sent to the bot in Telegram once, and the same files go to all three channels. Each channel has its own limits, and each one reports back with a screenshot.

How does one post reach Facebook groups, Marketplace and Instagram?

You send the listing to the BuzzPost bot in Telegram: text, photos, video. The bot on your dedicated server publishes it to Facebook groups and Facebook Marketplace, and after Add to Instagram, or with New listings automatically switched on, it also queues it for Instagram. Instagram runs from the same browser on the same server where your Facebook account is already signed in, so no second server is needed. On Instagram the same video and photos go out as one carousel and the caption is the listing text; no more than 4 posts a day per account. For every channel the bot sends a screenshot to Telegram.

Before and after

Before

  • The same text copied into three places
  • Photos uploaded three times, video only where you had time
  • Out on Instagram yesterday, in the groups a week ago
  • You do not know where exactly the listing already went out

After

  • You write the text once in Telegram
  • The same files go to all three channels
  • Each channel runs at its own pace within its limits
  • A screenshot per channel in Telegram and in the panel

One entry in Telegram: what goes where

Example: 4 rooms in Holon, 7,500 ILS a month, a video and 6 photos. You send it to the bot in Telegram as one message, as usual. From there the listing lives in three places. Facebook groups: the bot posts it to your groups on its own schedule. Marketplace: the same listing with the same photos. Instagram: the video first, then the 6 photos as one carousel, a caption from your text plus the phone and agency name from settings. The files are identical, you never upload them again or rewrite the text. The link to the Instagram post appears by the listing in the panel.

Each channel has its own limits

The three channels do not march in step. Facebook groups and Marketplace run on the bot's own schedule. Instagram has its own service rule: no more than 4 posts a day per account, an hours window of 8 to 23 by default and a pause between posts; whatever does not fit waits in the queue and goes out on the following days in order. So 10 listings sent in one day spread over three days on Instagram, which protects the account. Every listing is posted to Instagram once, and a repeat is started with the Publish again button. If Instagram temporarily holds back publishing, the bot stops, sets a status in the panel and retries an hour later; the listing's attempt is not lost.

How it works - 3 steps

1

Sign in to Instagram from the panel

Click Instagram login in the control panel and sign in inside the window that opens. Your password stays with you.

2

Mark your listings

Every listing has an Add to Instagram button, or turn on New listings automatically and everything you add later joins the queue by itself.

3

The bot publishes

Video and photos go out as one carousel with the listing text, up to 4 posts a day. A screenshot of every post lands in Telegram and in the panel.

FAQ

Do I have to send the listing three times?
No. Once, to Telegram or the panel. The bot posts it to Facebook groups and Marketplace by itself, and for Instagram the Add to Instagram button is enough, or the New listings automatically setting, in which case you do not even click the button. The text and the files are shared by all three channels.
Can I keep a listing off Instagram?
Yes. Instagram is switched on separately with the Post to Instagram toggle by the server, and listings join the queue only after Add to Instagram or when the setting for new listings is on. No click and no setting means the listing goes only to Facebook groups and Marketplace. A listing can also be removed from the queue.
Is the Instagram caption the same as the text in the groups?
The base is the same: the listing text as you wrote it in Hebrew or Russian. On Instagram the fixed lines from settings are added at the start and the end, for example the phone and agency name, and links can be removed. No hashtags are added. So one text suits all three channels without editing.
How do I know what went out on each channel?
From the screenshots in Telegram: the bot sends a screenshot of the post for every channel. For Instagram the screenshot is also kept in the panel under Post screenshots, and the listing shows Published with a date and a link to the post. You see what went out and where without opening Facebook or Instagram.

One listing's route through three channels

Sunday, 09:00. An owner has sent you a video and photos of a 3-room flat in Petah Tikva. You write the text in Telegram to the BuzzPost bot, attach the video and 6 photos and send. The listing is in the system. During the day the bot on your server posts it to Facebook groups on its own schedule and to Marketplace. Instagram: the listing joined the queue because New listings automatically is on, and goes out as a carousel in its hours window, video first. Each time a screenshot arrives in Telegram, so by the evening you hold three confirmations for one listing. On Monday the owner asks to show it again: you click Publish again for Instagram. You never opened a group, Marketplace or Instagram by hand. The subscription, 249 ILS a month for the first bot, covers all three channels, first week free; details on the pricing page.

Why one server rather than three apps

Cross-posting through third-party apps means three integrations, three passwords and three places where something breaks. BuzzPost is built more simply: the client has one dedicated server, one browser on it, and in that browser your Facebook account and your Instagram account are signed in. The Instagram password is handed to nobody: you click Instagram login in the panel and sign in yourself in the window that opens, and after login the bot scrolls the feed a little, checks the account and sends a confirmation to Telegram. No third-party apps and no Instagram API. One Instagram account per server: an agency with two accounts needs a second bot at 200 ILS a month. Instagram pop-ups are closed by the bot itself, in Hebrew, Russian and English. If Instagram temporarily holds back publishing, the bot sets a status in the panel and tries again an hour later. All of this is included in the subscription at no extra charge; questions on the FAQ page.
