Getting started
Here we've gathered everything worth knowing before you start: what BuzzPost is, what you'll need from your side, how long it takes to go live, and how the service works in broad strokes. If you're just looking into it, this is the place to begin.
What is BuzzPost in simple terms?
BuzzPost is a service that auto-posts real estate listings to Facebook. You send an apartment to Telegram once, and from there the service publishes it for you in Facebook groups and on Marketplace, on a schedule and without any involvement on your part. The idea is that you don't spend several hours a day on manual posting - everything happens automatically, 24/7.
Is this even legal and safe for my account?
The service publishes listings from your Facebook account exactly the way you would do it manually, and it tries to mimic human behavior: random pauses between actions, a limit on the number of posts, and separate time windows for groups and Marketplace. That said, Facebook is against automation, so we can't guarantee your account will never get restrictions - when you sign up, you confirm that you take full responsibility for your Facebook account. There are no refunds for an account being blocked.
Do I need my own computer that has to stay on all the time?
No. All the work runs on a separate cloud server that we assign to you - it runs around the clock, independently of your computer or phone. You can safely turn your PC off: posts will keep going out. You can log in to your dashboard and Telegram from any device, including your phone.
Do I need my own Facebook account?
Yes, absolutely. The service publishes listings specifically from your Facebook account - to the groups it belongs to and to Marketplace. Ideally the account shouldn't be brand new but already "lived-in" and active - that lowers the risk of restrictions. You log in to Facebook yourself in a secure window (more on this in the connection section), and your password stays only on your server.
Will you give me a ready-made Facebook account?
No, the work uses your own Facebook account - it's the one your posts go out from to your groups and Marketplace. The service sets up the server, the bots, the connection and the AI text processing, but the Facebook account itself has to be yours. If you have several accounts, you can set up a separate server for each one (the price for every additional server is lower).
Is Telegram required?
Yes, Telegram is required, and it's used in two places. First, you add your apartments through the listings Telegram bot - that's the "warehouse" the service pulls content from for posting. Second, before ordering a server you link your Telegram to your dashboard: that's where notifications about its operation and the password reset link are sent. Without a linked Telegram, the order-server button stays disabled.
How do I get started? Where does it all begin?
The order is as follows: sign up on the site (name, email, an Israeli phone number, a password of at least 10 characters, and agreement to the terms) - you'll be logged in to your dashboard automatically. Then, in your dashboard, link Telegram via the @BuzzPostLinkBot bot (one button and Start, about 30 seconds) and click "Order server." Once an administrator approves your request and the server is installed automatically, you log in to your Facebook and Telegram account - and posting kicks off.
How long until everything is up and running?
First an administrator manually approves your request (usually within 10-30 minutes), then the automatic installation runs - it takes about 30-40 minutes. The longest step is installing Chrome and the bots on your server (around 15 minutes). After that, two actions are needed from you: entering the Telegram login code and logging in to Facebook. If you do these promptly, the whole path from order to first post usually fits within about an hour. We promise everything will be fully up and running within 24 hours of your request.
How is the service set up in general - what are its parts?
You have three parts. The first is two Telegram bots: the listings bot, where you drop your apartments, and the logs bot, which sends a screenshot of every published post and shows exactly which group or Marketplace it landed in. The second is your cloud server, where two posting bots run: one posts to Facebook groups, the other to Marketplace. The third is your dashboard on the site, where you see statistics, logs, post screenshots and settings. Once an hour the server takes apartments from the listings bot and publishes them on schedule.
Can I see how it works before paying?
Yes, for free and without signing up. The site has an interactive "How it works" demo with 11 scenes (about 2 minutes): you'll see the whole path - from adding an apartment in Telegram to publishing in Facebook groups, on Marketplace, and the event log in your dashboard. You can step through the demo manually and pause it. There's also a step-by-step "How it works" page with the same demo and a description of the launch stages.
Is there a free trial?
There's no full free trial or test access to the real bot - before paying you can only watch the demo animation and a sample apartments site. The closest thing to "free" is the referral program: if you bring a friend, they pay 199 ₪ instead of 249 ₪ for the first month, and you get one free month (but only after your friend pays).
What should I prepare in advance to get started?
You only need two things: an active Facebook account (preferably not brand new) and a Telegram account. Everything else - the server, bots, connection, AI text processing - is set up by the service. If two-factor authentication is enabled on your Facebook, keep the code from SMS or your authenticator app handy: you'll be asked for it when logging in.
What's required from me while the server is being created?
During the automatic part (ordering the server and installation) - nothing, it all runs on its own; you can even close the tab: your progress is saved and restored next time you come back. Later, two actions will be needed from you: when the status changes to "Telegram code needed," enter the code from the Telegram app; when it reaches "Log in to Facebook," open the server's desktop and log in to your Facebook. After that, the wizard itself walks you through adding listings, contacts and groups.
What languages does the service work in?
The site and dashboard are bilingual: Russian and Hebrew (Hebrew by default, with a right-to-left layout), and the language is switched with the RU/HE toggle. You choose the language of the bot itself (the text of statistics and notifications) when ordering - Russian or Hebrew. The listings Telegram bot also works in Russian or Hebrew; the language is locked in at creation.
Can I order several servers or accounts at once?
Yes. The order form has a "Number of accounts" field - from 1 to 20. A separate request is created for each, with its own server and its own progress, and they're shown side by side in your dashboard. You need to log in to Facebook on each server separately. That said, for the second and subsequent servers a shared listings Telegram bot can be reused - this is intentional, so as not to multiply unnecessary bots.
How many listings a day will the service publish?
You set a daily post range, and the bot spreads it smartly across the hours and ramps up after blocks (warm-up). A safe pace is about up to 4/hour at peak; in the dashboard you can raise the ceiling to 15/hour, but above ~5 isn't recommended due to the risk of being blocked. The Marketplace bot works at night and publishes fewer posts over the course of the night. There's no monthly limit on the number of posts.
Where do I get a password reset link if I forget it right at the start?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. A one-time reset link is sent right away to two places - to your email and to your linked Telegram - and it's valid for 30 minutes. Use it to set a new password (at least 10 characters). If you don't make it within 30 minutes, just request the link again.
How many inquiries or deals can I expect from the service?
Honestly, we don't promise a specific number of inquiries — it depends on things outside our control (the apartment's price, the area, photo quality, current market demand). What we do deliver is maximum exposure: your listings are published in dozens of Facebook groups and on Marketplace, 24/7, each with a unique AI-written description and no duplicates. The more active listings you have and the more attractive the price and photos, the more inquiries come in. And most importantly, you don't have to take our word for it — after every post you get a screenshot in Telegram, so you see the reach in real time. Inquiries reach you directly (WhatsApp/phone); we don't get involved in them.
Do you post only to Facebook? Is there Instagram, Yad2, WhatsApp or Telegram?
Right now BuzzPost works with two platforms — and they're the two largest for housing search in Israel: Facebook groups and Facebook Marketplace. Groups during the day, Marketplace at night, around the clock. Instagram, Yad2, WhatsApp groups and Telegram channels are not part of the posting at this stage. We use Telegram differently — it's the control panel: through the Telegram bot you add apartments and receive screenshots of the publications. If a particular platform matters to you, write to us — we take such requests into account as we develop the service.
