Dashboard and settings

The dashboard at buzzpost.co.il is where you manage your servers, bots, and all posting settings. Here we've gathered answers about what sections there are, what you can set up yourself versus what only an operator can change, and what the bot statuses "sleeping" and "stopped" mean.

How do I log in to the dashboard in the first place?
Go to buzzpost.co.il and sign in with the email and password you entered during registration. After signing in, you'll land on the Dashboard (the main page of your account). If you're an administrator, you'll be redirected to the admin panel, but that's not the case for a regular customer.
What sections does the dashboard have?
Eight sections in the top menu: Dashboard (the home page with an overview), Servers, Logs, Groups, Contacts, Notifications, Billing, and Account (your profile). All of them except the Dashboard appear in the menu only after you have at least one server. The active section is highlighted.
I just registered and I see an almost empty menu - only "Dashboard". Where's everything else?
That's normal: the Servers, Logs, Groups, Contacts, Notifications, Billing, and Account sections only show up once you have at least one server. Order a server with the "+ Order your first server" button on the Dashboard - after that the menu opens up fully. It's not a bug or limited access.
What does the Dashboard show?
An overview of your entire setup: how many servers are online out of the total, post counters for Facebook (for the 07:00–00:00 window) and Marketplace (for the overnight 00:00–07:00 window), total posts and errors for today, an activity chart for the last 24 hours across all servers, and a card for each server. Each card shows the status, today's stats, the "posts per hour" field, and control buttons. If there's an active request for a new server, a banner with the setup steps appears at the top.
What exactly can I configure myself, without contacting support?
Quite a lot: the number of posts per hour (1–15), contact details for your listings (phone, Telegram/website link), the city and default price for Marketplace, your name and phone in the profile, the interface language (Russian/Hebrew) and theme (light/dark), quiet hours and "do not disturb" mode for notifications, two-factor authentication (2FA), and your dashboard password. You also import and tag groups yourself, pause and start bots, and log in to Facebook and Telegram. Essentially, all the day-to-day configuration is in your hands.
How do I set how many posts per day the bot makes and configure the schedule?
On the server page, in the "FB bot settings (groups)" block, there's a "Posts per day — range (from–to)" field. You set a daily range rather than a rigid per-hour number — say 30–35. Each day the bot picks a random number from that range (so posting looks human, not robotic) and spreads it across the hours on its own — you can see this in the "Schedule form" block. You can fine-tune any hour with the "+"/"−" buttons (0 = that hour is skipped), or hit "Shuffle" to have the bot redistribute. Then "Save". Changes apply from the next day (today's plan is already fixed); no need to restart anything. If you set more than 50 posts per day, a yellow warning appears — that raises the risk of a Facebook restriction; a safe pace is up to about 50/day (roughly 4 per hour).
Can I set specific hours when the bot posts?
The distribution of posts across hours — yes: in the "Schedule form" block on the server page, each hour has its own cell with "+"/"−". Set an hour to 0 and the bot skips it; create a peak in convenient hours and the bot posts more then. A saved form is your exact plan for the day (the bot posts strictly by it). The working window itself, however, is set on the server: the Facebook bot runs roughly 07:00 to midnight, and Marketplace at night (00:00–07:00) Israel time. Changing the window itself is done via the operator on request.
If I set the "Schedule form" manually — does the bot post strictly by it?
Yes. Once you adjust the hours in the "Schedule form" and save, it becomes your exact plan for the day: the bot posts exactly what's set in each hour (0 = the hour is skipped), and the daily total equals the form's sum. The only exception is warm-up after a block: while it's active the daily cap is temporarily lowered and the form is scaled to it; after warm-up the bot returns to your form unchanged. If you didn't touch the form and only set a range, the bot picks a random number from the range each day and distributes it across the hours. Either way, changes take effect from the next day.
Where do I set the phone and contact details that go into my listings?
In the "Contacts" section: for each server separately, you enter a Phone (in +972 format; Israeli numbers are normalized automatically), a Telegram or website link, a City for Marketplace, and a default price in shekels. This data is inserted into both Facebook group posts and Marketplace listings. The "Apply to all" button copies the contacts to all your servers at once, so you don't have to enter them manually.
What do "Marketplace city" and "default price" in contacts mean?
The city is the location shown in your Marketplace listings. If you leave the field empty, the bot uses "Israel" (i.e. broader, the whole country). The default price (in shekels) is used when the listing itself has no price specified: with a value of 0 the bot takes the price from the listing text, and if you set a number above zero, the bot inserts it while varying it slightly for each listing (within ±15 ₪), so Facebook doesn't treat the posts as duplicates.
Is the dashboard in Russian or Hebrew? And will my choice be remembered?
The dashboard is bilingual - Russian and Hebrew, switched with the HE/RU buttons in the top right corner (Hebrew enables right-to-left layout). The default for new users is Hebrew. Your choice is saved not only in the browser but also in your profile on the server, so when you log in from another device the language loads automatically. There's no English in the dashboard - if your profile is set to EN, the interface falls back to Hebrew.
How do I enable dark theme?
Click the icon button (sun/moon) next to the language switcher in the top right, or pick a theme in Account → "Settings" card. The default for new users is the light theme. If you change the theme via the "Settings" card, the choice is also saved to your profile and synced across your devices.
Can I give a server a clear name so I don't get confused?
Yes. On the server card, next to the name, there's a pencil icon ✎ - click it and type your own name (for example, "Tel Aviv apartments"). This is handy if you have several servers. Important: it's just a visual label for you in the dashboard; it has no effect whatsoever on how the bot works or on the technical settings.
What does the "Sleeping until 07:00" status on the bot mean - is it broken?
No, this is normal behavior. The bot process is running and perfectly fine, it's just not its working window right now, so it's sleeping. The Facebook bot is active during the day (from about 07:00), the Marketplace bot - at night (from 00:00 to 07:00). When its window arrives, it wakes up on its own and starts posting. There's no need to worry about this status.
And how is "Sleeping" different from "Stopped"?
"Sleeping" (with a moon icon 🌙) - the bot is running, but it's currently outside its posting window and will wake up on its own per the schedule. "Stopped" (in Hebrew "מושהה") - this is a pause: you or the operator pressed "Stop", and the bot won't post until it's started again. Roughly speaking, "sleeping" resolves itself, while "stopped" has to be cleared manually with the "Start" button.
The bot has dots of different colors - green, yellow, red - what do they mean?
Green - the bot is running and is currently within its posting window. Yellow - the process is running, but the window hasn't arrived yet, and the bot is sleeping until the window begins. Red - the bot is stopped or paused. Next to the dot, the text is repeated: "running", "Sleeping until…", or "stopped", so you can go by both the color and the label.
Why doesn't the dashboard show the server's full IP address?
The last segment of the IP is hidden on purpose - this is done so that an accidental screenshot of the dashboard won't reveal your server's real address. It's not a bug. The full IP and the details for direct access are in the connection credentials you receive separately.
Can I change the email in the dashboard?
Through the dashboard - no, the email field can't be edited (changing the email requires a separate verification procedure). You can change your name and phone in the profile: Account → "Account" card, the "Name" and "Phone" fields, the "Save" button. If you specifically need to change the email, message support at @BuzzPostil.
What can't I configure or do myself in the dashboard?
A few things are done only through the operator or aren't available to the customer at all: changing the email; setting arbitrary posting-window hours and choosing the minute slot; posting more often than the 15/hour limit; seeing the full IP and the server's operating-system password; deleting a server that's already running; canceling the subscription with a button; paying online by card. All of this, if needed, is handled through support at @BuzzPostil or WhatsApp +972 58-638-4995.
I changed a setting, but it didn't take effect instantly - is that normal?
Yes, a small delay is normal. The bot re-reads the posting settings at the start of the next cycle, and the Marketplace settings (city, price) are picked up within about 30 seconds. The bot refreshes the list of groups roughly once a minute. So after saving, just wait a bit - there's no need to press the button again.
