Tel Aviv is Israel's most competitive rental market. The abundance of Facebook groups helps - and confuses. The list below includes 30 leading groups. Names and sizes are approximate.
General Tel Aviv groups
"Apartments for Rent Tel Aviv", "Tel Aviv Rentals and Area" - groups with 50,000-150,000 members. Peak hours are 19:00-22:00.
Central neighborhoods
Neighborhood groups: Old North, Florentin, Neve Tzedek, Rothschild, Yad Eliyahu, Ramat Aviv. Average size 5,000-20,000 members. Very active renters.
English and olim groups
"Apartments Tel Aviv", "Tel Aviv Rentals English" - for a global audience and international students. An English version substantially increases inquiry volume. Our software handles translation automatically.
Budget and style groups
Niche groups exist: "Luxury Apartments Tel Aviv", "Studios Tel Aviv", "Roommates Tel Aviv 30+". Hitting the exact sub-audience drives high response rates.
Russian and French speaking groups
Large populations from FSU and France. Groups "Аренда Тель-Авив" and "Location Tel Aviv" reach quality audiences.
How to cover 30 groups simultaneously
Even in Tel Aviv, manually posting to 30 groups is nearly a full-time job. BuzzPost starts at 249 ILS for the first licence, posts to groups + Marketplace, and sends screenshots of every action to Telegram.
