An average Israeli real estate agent manages 4-8 apartments at once. Each requires posting to 15-30 Facebook groups + Marketplace + Yad2, 2-3 times a week. Here is the precise time math.
Manual posting - weekly calculation
Posting to one group ≈ 2 minutes (login, copy, paste, photos, send). 5 apartments × 20 groups × 2 times/week = 200 posts. × 2 minutes = 400 minutes = 6.7 hours. With Marketplace and updates ≈ 12 hours.
Time with a program
Entering a new listing in the panel = 3 minutes. The software posts automatically. Monitoring Telegram screenshots = 5 minutes twice a day. Total weekly: ~30 minutes.
Annual savings
12 hours/week minus 0.5 hour = 11.5 hours. × 50 weeks = 575 hours. At an agent's hourly value (~150 ILS) = 86,250 ILS. Software cost: 249-449 ILS/month = ~3,000 ILS/year. ROI is obvious.
What to do with freed time
Client meetings, showings, negotiations, finding new sellers. Time freed up is deal-making time.
Additional considerations
Posting quality also rises: AI writes better text than copy-pasting the same description 200 times. See our agents page or pricing.
Pricing
First licence 249 ILS/month, additional licences 200 ILS. The time saved in a single week covers the whole month. Support available 07:00-24:00 Israel time.
