An investor with one flat can post manually. With 5 flats it becomes a full-time job. The right rotation between flats is the difference between income and wasted time.
The parallel posting problem
If you post 5 flats to the same group at the same time, Facebook flags it as spam. The group will ban you or, worse, the account.
Daily rotation
- Sunday: flat A in groups 1-15
- Monday: flat B in groups 1-15
- Tuesday: flat C, and so on
- After a week - return to flat A with updated text
Why it works
Each group sees only one post per week from a single user. Reach stays high, but the spam feel is gone.
Marketplace is different
On Marketplace you can keep all flats active in parallel. Users search by area and price, not by feed.
How BuzzPost handles rotation
The software automatically rotates flats on a built-in schedule. The user uploads 5 flats once - the software handles the rest.
Removing a flat from rotation
Once a flat is rented, send /pause via Telegram to the specific software and it leaves the rotation instantly. The other flats continue.
