Basic data
6 numeric lines: gross/net sqm, bedrooms, floor/floors, parking, elevator, monthly arnona. Don't blur. People filter by numbers.
Apartment description
3 paragraphs: physical condition, furniture (if any), electricity-internet-water-vaad bayit — what's included and what isn't. Note last renovation if relevant.
Surroundings
3 lines about the neighborhood: distance to transport, school, supermarket, park. Avoid clichés like "prestigious area".
Terms
Contract length, deposits, move-in date, agent fee required or not, pets. Transparency saves you 30% irrelevant inquiries.
Call to action
