A first warning from Facebook is not the end of the world, but it is a red flag. Here is what to do.
Step 1 - identify the warning type. Community Standards? Identity verification? Suspicious activity? Each type needs a different response.
Step 2 - stop posting immediately. The panel has a stop button. The software halts within minutes. Do not keep pushing while the account is hot.
Step 3 - let the account breathe 48-72 hours. Browse, react to friends, share normal content. No commercial posts at all.
