Automatic Facebook Posting: Reaching Groups Without a Ban

Automatic posting to Facebook groups in 2026: choosing a program, how many groups a day is safe, why the API does not help, and how to keep the account alive.

Automatic Facebook posting means the system publishes for you: instead of copy-pasting one listing into thirty groups, you enter it once and a program spreads it across the day. This guide covers how it works in practice, what is acceptable, where bans happen, and what to check before choosing a tool.

Why you cannot just use the API

The first question from anyone technical. The short answer: the Graph API lets you publish to a business page you own - not to groups you belong to, and not to Marketplace. Facebook closed that deliberately to prevent flooding.

So automatic posting to Facebook groups works one way only: a real browser repeating what a person does - opening the group, opening the composer, typing, uploading photos, clicking post. Not a loophole, just the only route left.

How many groups a day is safe

  • A new account - 5-10 groups a day for the first two weeks, then build up gradually.
  • An aged account with clean history - 20-30 groups a day pass quietly.
  • Above 50 a day - this is where warnings, cooldowns and sometimes bans begin.

Pace matters more than count. Thirty posts spread across twelve hours with randomised delays look human; the same thirty in a twenty-minute burst look like a program - which is exactly what Facebook is watching for.

The three mistakes that get accounts banned

  • The identical text in every group - the most common cause. Facebook spots duplicate content, cuts reach and flags the account.
  • The same photo on every post - every file carries a signature. A repeating image is a clear automation signal.
  • Ignoring a warning - when Facebook slows you down, stop. Whoever keeps posting after the first warning gets the second one faster.

What to check before choosing a tool

  • Whose account posts - if posts go out from company accounts, the enquiries do not always reach you. Decisive for an agent.
  • Managed service or software you run - a Chrome extension or a Windows program needs a machine switched on all day. A server-side service works while you sleep.
  • Content uniqueness - is every post genuinely different, or just synonym swapping.
  • Rate-limit protection - does the system stop by itself when Facebook slows down.
  • Proof - can you see what went out and when, or must you take someone at their word.
  • Cancellation - monthly with no lock-in, or an annual contract.

On free auto-posting software: it exists, but it is almost always a browser extension running on your own computer, without real time-spreading and without content variation. Fine for a few groups a week; at dozens of groups a day it is the fast route to a ban.

How BuzzPost does it

The groups software posts from your own account (an isolated browser profile per licence) across the day, 07:00 to 24:00, at a human pace with randomised delays. The groups software publishes the text you prepared as-is and rotates through the queue - it rewrites nothing. Language-model rewriting belongs to the Marketplace software, where a repeat upload gets different wording and a lightly altered photo. On a rate limit the software pauses itself for 12 hours and sends a Telegram alert.

After every post a screenshot arrives - you see what went out, to which group and when. In parallel the Marketplace software lists overnight (00:00-07:00) so listings sit at the top of the page by morning.

Pricing: ₪249/month for the first licence (up to two Facebook accounts), ₪200 for each additional one, VAT included, no setup fee, no lock-in.

Frequently asked questions

Is automatic Facebook posting legal?

Publishing your own listings in groups you belong to breaks no law. It does depart from Facebook's own terms, so all the risk sits on the account: a human pace, unique content and stopping at the first warning are what separate quiet operation from a ban.

How long until enquiries start?

In active groups the first enquiries arrive the same evening. A good photo and a realistic price matter more than the number of groups.

Can I post in groups that ban agents?

Technically yes, but it is not worth it. Some groups ban permanently after a single breach, and a banned account does not come back. Filter the groups in advance.
