Facebook does not publish official limits, but from the experience of thousands of BuzzPost programs - reliable 2026 rules can be drawn.
Group posts
A healthy account can post to 20-30 groups per day without issues. Above 50 groups - risk of a temporary block for hours.
Marketplace
On Marketplace the limit is softer: 5-8 new listings per day for a new account, up to 15 for an aged one.
Frequency between posts
- Less than 30 seconds between posts - red flag
- 2-5 minutes - safe
- 15-30 minutes - optimal for warm-up
First day cap
A first-week account should not exceed 5 posts per day. Gradual ramp-up solves most problems.
How the software stays within bounds
BuzzPost automatically spreads posts across the day with random pauses between groups. When a rate-limit is detected, the software enters a 120-minute cooldown.
What to do after a temporary block
Wait 24-48 hours, drop posting volume by 50%, then resume. Most temporary blocks lift on their own.
