What is a listing link with a WhatsApp preview?

It is a personal address for every listing on a BuzzPost site, in the form buzzpost.co.il/s/name/a/id. When you send it in WhatsApp, WhatsApp shows a preview: the apartment's title and main photo. Tapping opens the apartment card with all the photos, the video, price, number of rooms, city and the contact buttons you set, for example phone and WhatsApp. The link is created by itself for every listing the bot publishes, with no setup. The same link can also be sent in Telegram, by SMS or by email.

What the client sees in WhatsApp

You paste the link into the chat. WhatsApp pulls the preview: the apartment's main photo and the title, for example 4 rooms, Ramat Gan, 3rd floor with lift. The client already knows what it is before tapping. Tapping opens the apartment card from your site: all photos in a gallery, the video if there is one, price, rooms, deal type, city and the full listing text as you wrote it. Below that, the buttons you set on the My Site page: phone, WhatsApp, Telegram. And at the top of the card your logo and colors, so even someone who received the link from a friend knows who the agent is.

What it changes in the conversation with a client

Without a link, every apartment in a chat is a pile: six photos, text, and then wait, is this the one with the balcony? After three apartments nobody remembers what belongs to what. With a link every apartment is one line you can point at: the first one I sent. The client forwards the line to a spouse, who sees exactly the same card, with the price and your phone number, not a lone photo without context. And because the card lives on the site, whoever opens it also sees All apartments and can scroll for more. The conversation becomes short and precise, and your phone number appears at every step.

Where do I get the link to a specific apartment?

Open your site, buzzpost.co.il/s/name, tap the apartment and copy the address that opened: it is always of the form /s/name/a/id. The link exists for every active listing from the moment the bot received it, with nothing to generate by hand.

Does the client need an account or an app to open the link?

No. It is an ordinary web page that opens in the phone's browser straight from WhatsApp. No registration, no download, no sign in to view window. The client sees the apartment, your phone number and the rest of the catalog, and that is it.

Can I send the link in Telegram or by SMS?

Yes, the link works anywhere it can be tapped: Telegram, SMS, email, a Facebook comment. The preview with title and photo is what we verified in WhatsApp, where most client conversations in Israel happen. Either way, tapping always leads to the same apartment card.

Does the card show the price?

If Show prices is on in the My Site page, yes: the price appears in the card and in the grid. An agent who prefers to discuss price by phone turns the display off, and the card shows the remaining details and buttons. The setting applies to every apartment on the site.

An hour later she replies: the second one, is that the one with the white kitchen? You scroll up to work out which she means. After: you send two links, each with a photo and a title. She forwards the link to her husband, who sees the price and your phone number. The viewing is booked in three messages. You have two kinds of links, and each has a job. The flat link, /s/name/a/id, is what you send when a client asked for something specific or when you are proposing one apartment. It is short, it has a preview, and it cannot be mixed up. The catalog link, buzzpost.co.il/s/name, is what you send when the question is what else have you got, or what you put in your Instagram bio, your signature and your business card. And there is a third use that is easy to forget: the owner. He wants to know how his property is presented. Send him the link to his own apartment and he sees photos, text and price, with your logo, without looking for you on Facebook. Both links live off the bot: a flat removed from the bot leaves the catalog, and a new link is created for every new listing.
