How does the BuzzPost site update without manual work?

The site shows the list of active listings in your bot. When you send a new listing to the bot in Telegram or in the panel, it appears on the site within a minute with its title, price, rooms, deal type, city, photos and video. When you remove a listing from the bot it disappears from the site at the same time. Every listing appears on the site once, even if the bot posted it to dozens of groups. Photos are cached, so the page loads fast on a phone, and the visitor filters by city, deal type and number of rooms.

What happens when you send a listing to the bot

Sunday, 9:10. You send the bot a new apartment in Telegram: text, eight photos, a short video of the living room. The bot records it and starts posting to groups on its schedule. In parallel, by 9:11, the flat is already on the site: a card with the main photo, title, price, number of rooms, city and a rent or sale tag. Clicking the card opens a window with all eight photos, the video and your contact buttons. You did not open the panel and did not upload anything twice. The apartment exists in one place, the bot, and the site simply shows it.

What happens when you remove or change one

14:00, the flat is let. You remove it from the bot, as always, so it stops posting it. Within a minute it disappears from the site as well. A client who opened the link in the morning and opens it again in the evening does not find it and does not call to ask. The same with edits: you corrected the price or text in the listing, the site shows the new version. And importantly, every listing appears on the site once. The bot may post it to twenty groups and Marketplace, but in the catalog it is one card. Sorting is newest first or by price, according to the setting you chose on the My Site page.

Do I have to click anything for a listing to reach the site?

No. Every active listing in the bot is shown on the site. You send it to the bot in Telegram or add it in the panel, exactly as you do for Facebook posting, and within a minute it is in the catalog. There is no Publish to site button and no queue: the site reads the bot's list and displays it.

Why is the flat on the site once if the bot posted it to 20 groups?

Because the site shows listings, not posts. A post in a group is a copy the bot sent out; the listing itself exists once in the bot. The catalog is built on listings, so every apartment has one card and one link, regardless of how many groups it went to.

Does the site slow down when there are many photos?

Listing photos are cached on BuzzPost's side and are not fetched again on every visit. The card grid shows one main photo per apartment; the remaining photos and the video open in the apartment window. Even with forty apartments and eight photos each, the page opens fast on a phone.

I have flats in several cities. How does a client find theirs?

Above the grid there are three filters: city, deal type, rooms. A client picks Netanya, sale, 4 rooms and sees only the matching flats. The city comes from the listing itself, so there is nothing to arrange. You can also sort by price or hide prices altogether in the site settings.

An agent's day with a site that updates itself

In the morning three new apartments go into the bot from your phone on the way to a meeting. By the time you arrive they are on the site, and the bot has started posting them to the groups. At noon an owner calls: the flat on Weizmann was let through a friend. You remove it from the bot with one message, and it has left the site too. In the afternoon a client asks for 4 rooms in Netanya: you send the link, they filter on their own and pick two to view. In the evening you change the price of one flat in the bot, and the card on the site shows the new price. At no point did you touch the site itself. Why freshness is worth more than design

An agent's website is judged not by the font but by one simple question: is the flat I am looking at still available? A site showing a flat let two weeks ago causes a pointless call, after which the client no longer trusts the other cards. A lagging site also kills the link in your Instagram bio: people come in, see old flats and leave. When the only source is the bot, the problem does not exist. The bot has to be accurate, otherwise it would post closed flats to Facebook, so you maintain it every day anyway. The site inherits that accuracy for free.
