Why an agent needs a website when there is Facebook

The BuzzPost bot posts your apartments to Facebook groups every day, and it works. But a group post gets pushed down within hours, and tomorrow it cannot be found. The site is the place where all the apartments stay, which is why it is part of the subscription.

Why does an agent need a website on top of Facebook?

Because a post in a Facebook group is made to be seen today, and a website is made to be in a permanent place. The post brings an enquiry from someone scrolling the feed at the right moment; tomorrow it is deep down, and even someone who wants to will not find the rest of your apartments. On the BuzzPost site all active listings sit at one address, buzzpost.co.il/s/name, with filters by city, deal and rooms, and they update from the bot by themselves. That is where you point from your Instagram bio, from WhatsApp and from a business card, and where you send an owner who wants to see how you work. The site is created automatically with the bot and is included in the price.

Before and after

Before

 • Yesterday's post is already on page three of the group
 • A client from the post asks what else, and you have no link
 • Your Instagram bio: a phone number and nothing else
 • An owner wants to see the agency and sees a personal profile

After

 • All apartments at one address, a month later too
 • What else gets a link with a city and rooms filter
 • Your Instagram bio: a link to a self-updating catalog
 • The owner sees a catalog with your logo and apartments

What a Facebook post does well, and what it does not

A post in a group like Apartments for rent in Beer Sheva does one thing brilliantly: it reaches people looking for a flat right now, at the moment they are scrolling. That is why the bot posts every day. But a post has no address anyone remembers. Within hours dozens of other posts push it down, and someone who saw it yesterday and wants to look again will not find it. It shows one apartment, not everything you have. And in a group you are a post among posts, with no logo, no colors, no About. In short: Facebook is excellent for the first enquiry and poor as a place people come back to.

What the site does instead

The site is the permanent address. buzzpost.co.il/s/name shows all your active listings, each once, with filters by city, deal type and rooms, with your logo and colors and with the contact buttons. It does not slide to page three, because there is no feed. It does not go stale, because the bot updates it within a minute. And it has a link you can put anywhere people look for you rather than for a specific flat: the Instagram bio, the WhatsApp auto-reply, the business card, the email signature. The post brings a person; the site shows them everything else.

How it works - 3 steps

1

Turn on the bot

When the server is activated the site is created by itself at buzzpost.co.il/s/name. Nothing to install.

2

Adjust it on the My website page

Name, logo, two colors, contacts and language. Everything saves itself, with a preview right in the panel.

3

Share the link

Listings come from the bot and update themselves. Every apartment has its own link with a WhatsApp preview.

FAQ

If the bot already posts to Facebook, why would a client look for a website?
The client is not looking for a website, they are looking for what else you have. After the post they message you on WhatsApp, and you answer with one link instead of ten photos. Someone who came from Instagram or a recommendation also needs one place to see everything. The post opens the conversation; the site continues it.
What goes in the Instagram bio?
The catalog link: buzzpost.co.il/s/name. Whoever sees the posts the bot publishes to Instagram taps the bio and lands on all the apartments with filters and a WhatsApp button. The link does not change when the apartments change, so you set it once.
Does the site replace posting in groups?
No, and it does not try to. We do not promise the site will bring clients from Google. Enquiries come from posts in groups, on Marketplace and on Instagram. The site is where those enquiries go next, which is why both are in one subscription: 249 ILS a month for the first bot, site included.
Why would an owner look at the site?
An owner choosing an agent wants to see how your apartments are presented and what the agency looks like. A personal Facebook profile does not answer that. A catalog with a logo, colors, an About and twenty apartments with photos and video does. Send them the link on WhatsApp and the conversation starts from a different place.

Three places where the post does not help and the site does

First: the Instagram bio. The bot posts apartment carousels there, and everyone who opens the profile sees nice photos, but where do they tap? A phone number in the bio shows no apartments. A catalog link does. Second: the WhatsApp message. Someone writes that they saw the post and asks if there is more in the area. The old answer is ten photos and three messages. The new answer is one link with a city filter. Third: an owner deciding between two agents. One sends have a look at my Facebook, the other sends buzzpost.co.il/s/name with a logo, an About and twenty tidy apartments. In all three cases the post did its job and brought the person. The site does the rest, and it needs no maintenance: every new flat that enters the bot for the groups appears on it within a minute.

What the site will not do instead of Facebook

To be fair: the site does not bring traffic on its own. It has no mechanism that finds people looking for a flat right now, and that is exactly what Facebook groups, Marketplace and Instagram do. We do not promise it will show up in Google, we do not offer a map on it and we do not connect a private domain to it at this stage. It is not a CRM either: there are no complex lead forms, there are direct contact buttons. What it is: a permanent, up-to-date address in your colors where you send everyone who has already arrived. That is why it is not a separate product but part of the bot: the same listing, the same subscription, the same price. If you post to Facebook through BuzzPost, the site already exists. All that is left is to put the link in your bio and start answering what else have you got with it.
