What it looks like when you order a site

The first stage is not the site but the meeting: what you want, which pages, which colors. Then a mock-up, corrections, another mock-up. When the site finally goes live the truly hard part begins: who updates it. The flat on Sokolov is let, but on the site it is still available, because emailing the studio and waiting is one more task in a busy day. Is there a hidden fee for hosting or updates?

No. The site runs on BuzzPost's servers and updates come from the bot with no manual work. The subscription is 249 ILS a month for the first bot and 200 ILS for each additional one, and it covers posting to Facebook, Marketplace and Instagram plus the site. There is no premium tier for the site and no yearly renewal.

Where does this site fall short of a studio site?

In design freedom and in the address. A studio will build you a long About page, a map and your own domain. Here you get a catalog template with your logo, two colors and a light or dark theme, the address is buzzpost.co.il/s/name, and a private domain cannot be connected yet. In return the site never goes stale.

What happens to the site if I stop paying?

The site switches off together with the server, because it is part of it. There is no long contract and no penalty. If you come back to the subscription the server is switched on again and the site returns with its settings. You can also turn it off yourself with the switch on the My Site page, during a holiday for example.

I already have a website. Is the BuzzPost catalog redundant?

Not necessarily. Many agency websites are brand sites where the apartments are never updated. Put an All apartments link on your own site pointing to buzzpost.co.il/s/name, and from there the catalog updates from the bot. The brand site stays for the brand, the catalog does the day-to-day work.

The real bill is time, not only money

When you compare an ordered site with one included in a subscription, it is easy to look only at the payment. But the payment is the smaller part. The bigger part is the time between the decision and the moment you have a link to send a client, and the time that goes into updates afterwards. An agent with twenty active apartments changes several of them every week: one is let, two are added, one drops in price. The included site suits people who need their apartments in one place and up to date: an independent agent, a small agency, an owner of a few rental flats, an agent who works mostly from WhatsApp and Instagram. It shows apartments with photos, video, price and filters, carries your logo and colors and gives every apartment a link with a preview. It does not suit someone who needs a brand website with their own domain, a map, a blog and custom forms: that is still built by a studio. And what we never promise: Google rankings, a CRM, free-form design. If you are in the first group this is all you need, at the bot's price.
